At Beautiful Wedding and Prom we pride ourselves on supplying you with a wide range of exciting dresses, jewellery and accessories.  Every piece is handpicked according to fashion, season and the latest trends.  We constantly endeavour to make all our descriptions are as accurate as possible including measurements.

Product images are taken with a digital camera and the colour reproduction may vary depending on the type of monitor you are using.  Due to differences of computer monitors, the colours displayed on your screen may vary from the actual colours of the products, Beautiful Wedding and Prom assumes no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about products. We only apologise that all our Crystal especially Swarovski will be more "Dazzling" in real life than it is on the screen.

Delivery

Beautiful Wedding and Prom aim to process and dispatch all items within 24 hours of ordering.   We will make every effort to deliver all products to the United Kingdom mainland within 3-4 working days of full payment of an order.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail, and will be sent 1st Class.

Items over £50 will be sent using recorded delivery, and the tracking number sent out to you to follow.  Where this is not possible we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance. This may occur due to press coverage of an item.

When delivering outside of the UK we will aim to dispatch the item between 1-2 days however we can’t forecast delivery times out side of the UK.

Beautiful Wedding & Prom cannot be held responsible if a customer enters an incomplete address and their order is returned to us or lost. However we will refund the value of your order less the postage and packaging.

If a discount code has been received it must be entered when placing the order, your order cannot be amended afterwards the redeem voucher box appears during checkout.

Returns

In order to comply with current Health and Hygiene regulations we regret that we are unable to accept any returns on body jewellery, pierce earrings or any set that includes pierce earrings, other than defective goods, goods damaged in transit or a mistake in the order.

The same applies to any order which has been specially commissioned such as a bespoke tiara, dress made using specific measurements/design, or shoes/handbag dyed to order.
